So, today’s Independence Day.

Our little tune for the day is MAD MADDER KING. It’s chiptune-orchestral fun with some intentional out of tuning.

I found the lead synth sound so funny, so I wanted to keep it that way, although hearing it is partly painful.

Out of tune, out of key, out of time, those are just stupid man-made concepts of forced order.

Footballer playing (brilliantly) out-of-position, liquorice in a salty dish, pedal steel guitar in a disco song… Now that’s some truly cool stuff!
